We will be hosting an Aeris computer clinic at are West Ave location. This clinic is designed to get you more familiar with the features and functions of your Aeris Dive Computer. Clinic is from 12:00pm-1:30pm. RSVP to cathy@diveworldscuba.com to reserve your spot. This is a FREE clinic if your Aeris computer was purchased thru Dive World, 25.00 for all others.

Discover Scuba’s – Both locations will be offering FREE Discover Scuba’s for any of your non diving family and friends. Discover Scuba’s will be at 10:00 and 11:00. • Christmas Party at both locations.  We have a Fun Filled day planned beginning with Underwater Santa Photos. Come get your photo taken with Santa and his elf.  UW photos will be hourly beginning at 1:00pm. RSVP is a must, as space is limited. Pictures will be printed for you to take.

Cozumel Trip- JAN 26- FEB 2 and FEB 2 - FEB 9

Jack's dive locker is putting together a trip to cozumel this winter.  It is a bigger commitment than just a weekend, but would be a good way to do some good diving this winter instead of skiing or whatever else might be taking place.  Below is the information for this trip.


Our 2012 Cozumel trip was so popular that we're going again in 2013!  So escape the cold winter and enjoy fantastic diving.   We have two trips back to back.  Our first trip will be a much anticipated return to Hotel Cozumel for a budget-friendly adventure.  The following week we'll bask in luxury at the Presidente.  The diving in Cozumel is amazing!  And the divemasters are wonderful.  If you are interested in joining one of our trips, contact Angela at 800-345-4807 or angela@jacksdivinglocker.com.  Our last Cozumel trip sold out in no time!

September Picture Meeting

We will have a meeting Friday Sept 21 in the Cafeteria at 11:30.  There will be a projector and computer set up so everyone can show some pictures of trips they have taken and share their experiences.

Texas Clipper Dive

The Texas Clipper is a sunken ship in the Gulf of Mexico.  We are planning a dive for October 6th, but we need at least 8 divers to schedule it.  Dale spoke with American Diving and found out if we have 8 divers we can get a 2-tank dive for $175, if we have 10 divers we can get a 3-tank dive for $225.

Diving for Science

Aquarena Springs is closed for construction for the next several months, however, I thought I would gather some information so that we could make sure to get out there as a group when the lake opens back up.
